No, you may call to make an appointment for yourself, but we may ask for your medical records from your current/previous physician. This information will help us determine the best course of comprehensive treatment for you.

Will insurance cover my treatments?

Many insurance plans consider pain management a covered benefit. To find out if your treatment is covered, call your insurance company or speak with our nurse to pre-determine coverage. We will help you with this process prior to your procedure(s).
